Shipping policy

 

Orders are dispatched by AVILIA Designs within 2 business days, using the method chosen at checkout.

 

AUSTRALIA DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

 

  • FREE standard tracked delivery within Australia on all orders!
  • Orders are posted from Perth WA
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your item is dispatched (check junk mail if you have not received it within 2 business days).
  • Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery within Australia, or 1-3 business days for express delivery (shipping times are after dispatch). Express post must be selected and paid at checkout.
  • Delivery times may be extended due to factors out of our control, such as pandemics and natural disasters - see below.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 

New Zealand: 

  • Please allow 6-8 business days for delivery.
  • GST is included in the order price and declared for customs on the package.
  • Any additional New Zealand border custom's duties or import fees are not included in the sale price

 

Canada:

 

  • Please allow 8-12 business days for standard international delivery.
  • Please allow 6-9 business days for express international delivery.
  • Any Canadian border Customs Duty is not included in the sale price - package will be marked for receiver to pay any applicable additional import duties 

 

USA: 

  • Please allow 8-12 business days for standard international delivery.
  • Please allow 6-9 business days for express international delivery.
  • The USA customs tariff is included in the sale price and will be declared as paid on the customs form.

 

United Kingdom & Ireland:

  • Please allow 7-12 business days for standard international delivery.
  • Please allow 5-8 business days for express international delivery.
  • VAT is included in the sale price and will be declared as paid on the customs form.
  • Any additional UK border Customs Duty is not included in the sale price - package will be marked for receiver to pay any applicable additional import duties.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON DELIVERY TIMES:

**Delivery times may be extended due to factors out of our control, such as pandemics, natural disasters, peak season postage delays, customs handling and processing times, local shipping company delays, errors or strikes.

There is no compensation for delayed packages where we have posted within our specified handling time and the delay is for factors beyond our control.
