Our jewellery is made from either genuine solid sterling silver, or solid gold (as listed in item description). We do not use cheaper metals or incorrectly hall mark jewellery that has lesser purity than what is advertised. Not only is that illegal, but your jewellery will quickly deteriorate. All designs are guaranteed to be either solid sterling silver or solid gold and we regularly test stock to ensure compliance to purity. It can be hard to tell the difference at first, and sadly too many buyers fall for incorrectly advertised metals which quickly fade, rust or turn black. Sterling silver will not fade, rust or have plating come off. You can be confident your item is genuine precious metals and will last for many years to come!

We recommend storing your jewellery in ananti-tarnish pouch or jewellery box when not in use. Exposure to air can cause oxidisation. Oxidisation can cause your silver or gold to appear dull or adarker colour.To remove oxidisation, use a good quality silver or gold jewellery cleaner, wash with mild detergent, cleaning around stones gently with a fine brush, and/or polish with a gold or silver jewellery cloth to regain its shine. It is recommended to polish your jewellery regularly to remove any build up of skin oils or products. It is best to avoid using lotions or perfume where you will have the jewellery located on your body, as precious metals can still react to acidic environments. Do not use your jewellery during vigorous activity such as sports, swimming or while sleeping or showering (tap water has harsh chemicals like chlorine which over time may cause tarnish). This will help keep it safe from damage and in pristine condition.

Yes– all our charms are compatible with Pandora and similar European design bracelets and bangles. We also stock our own range of bracelets and bangles compatible with our designs. The hole size of the charms and pendants is 4.8mm.

Yes! All of our designs are lead-free, nickel-free and cadmium-free and is suitable for all skin types.

After you have placed your order you will receive an email with your order confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation email after a short period, please check your junk mail. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us and we will check your order on our side and re-send the confirmation.

Made a mistake or changed your mind? We get it! Orders may be cancelled up until the time they are sent for shipment processing with our packing team. If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible after the purchase so we can check if cancellation is possible. If the item has already been dispatched (usually after 24 hours) we are unable to cancel the order, however buyers may request a return upon receipt of the item under our change of mind policy.

Once your item is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not see an email with tracking with in 2-3 days, please check your junk mail. If you would like to check on the status of your order, you can log into your account at any time if you created one, or send us an email and we can provide an order update. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days, so please allow this time before inquiring.

During checkout, you will see a field labelled "Discount Code." Enter your code there and click "Apply." The discount will be deducted from your total.

Delivery usually takes 4-10 business days. We ship via Australia Post. Most orders are delivered within 7 business days. Please allow additional transit time during peak seasons. Occasionally, factors outside of our control may cause delivery delays, including but not limited to -natural disasters; such as severe weather, floods, fires, or global or local events like pandemics. If you are in an affected area please allow extra time for safe delivery.

If you do not see any tracking updates on the carrier’s website within 24 hours of receiving your tracking number, please contact us so we can check it for you. If the expected maximum delivery time frame has passed (10 business days) and it is still in transit, please contact us so we can check with the carrier for any updated delivery time frames. If the item is marked as delivered but you have not seen your package, please check your letterbox or other area you usually receive your deliveries to at your address (Free post is tracked to point of delivery, not in person delivery - unless registered post was selected at checkout). If you still cannot locate it, please contact us so we may contact the carrier to investigate further.
